Concrete Points & rewards

Level: Beginner · Read time: 5 min

What the official docs say

The docs describe the Concrete Points Program - Phase 1 as a social campaign (powered at the time by Absinthe):

  • Users complete quests (follow @ConcreteXYZ on X, join the Discord, write a weekly blog article using the Discord rubric) to earn "bags."
  • Bags will later be converted into Concrete Points; the conversion ratio had not been published.
  • Phase 1 rewards are not related to using the Earn app.
  • A future Earn App leaderboard (usage-based) was planned as a later phase, with conversion details and distribution dates to be announced.

What you see today

When checked on 20 Sep 2026, points.concrete.xyz loaded a rewards interface labelled "Powered by Fuul", so the platform behind the points site may have changed since the docs page was written. The docs page and the live site can disagree - trust the live site and official announcements.

Separately, the Earn app says eligible vaults accrue on-chain rewards that are indexed automatically.

What is not official

  • A $CT governance token has been confirmed (ERC-20, fixed 1B total supply, no inflation) via the Concrete Foundation announcement, but no TGE, distribution date, or points-to-token conversion has been published. The community Academy's "Airdrop Allocation Checker" and this repo's examples/python/airdrop_whatif.py remain what-if models with user-supplied guesses until that conversion is announced.
  • There is no published total-points figure, so any "my share of the airdrop" number is fiction.

Practical tips

  1. Only use points.concrete.xyz linked from concrete.xyz.
  2. Connecting a wallet to view points is normal; signing token approvals to "claim" is not.
  3. Community trackers such as the Concrete Tracker read your points balance read-only; still treat them as third-party.
